Does SodaPeak Really Work? Putting the One Claim on the Bottle to the Test

Does SodaPeak really work? No one can say yet, because no trial of the finished formula was supplied. The bottle makes one claim, “Supports Healthy Muscle”, and the evidence that exists is about single ingredients, at doses this label may not supply. Four of the eight ingredients have a human trial and four have none. Test that one claim, not the bigger promises in the adverts.

Quick answer

We cannot say whether SodaPeak works. The bottle claims one thing, “Supports Healthy Muscle”, and no trial of the finished formula was supplied. The evidence is about single ingredients, at doses this label may not supply. Four of eight ingredients have a human trial.

At a glance

Key facts

  • Printed claim: “Supports Healthy Muscle”, with an asterisk to the FDA disclaimer. Also printed: “Advanced Formula” and the blend name “Test Boost”.
  • Stamina, energy, strength, vitality, immune support and focus support appear in the seller’s marketing, not on the bottle.
  • No trial of the finished formula was supplied, and we could not find one.
  • Human trials exist for four of eight ingredients. Four have none: horny goat weed, wild yam, sarsaparilla, orchic substance.
  • “Premium formula” and “the standard of power” are not part of the label text published on this site.
  • This site scores the label 2.3 out of 10. That is opinion, not a test. Not FDA approved, as no supplement is.
The claims

What does the SodaPeak label actually claim?

Strip away the adverts and the bottle claims very little. That is how the law wants it. A supplement may carry a structure/function claim without pre-market approval, as long as it prints the FDA statement and the maker holds proof. The rule is in 21 CFR 101.93.

What is printed and what is only marketing
PhraseWhereTestable?
Supports Healthy Muscle*Front crest. The only health claim printed.Only with a muscle outcome in people taking this formula.
Advanced FormulaFront, as a descriptorNo. “Advanced” has no definition.
Test Boost Proprietary BlendThe blend’s printed nameIt implies testosterone but is a name, not a claim.
Stamina, energy, strength, vitalityMarketing onlyNot on the label. No outcome supplied.
Immune support, focus supportMarketing onlyNo immune or focus ingredient appears on the panel.
“Premium formula”, “the standard of power”Not in the label text published hereNot published, so we cannot test them.

The FDA statement is printed in full: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The test

What would have to be true for “Supports Healthy Muscle”?

Three links have to hold, like a chain. If one is missing, the claim is not shown.

  1. An ingredient that affects muscle

Some ingredient in the blend must do something to muscle in people. None of the eight has a muscle trial on this site.

  2. At an amount that was studied

It must be present at or above the dose that worked. The label prints no amounts, and nettle root’s position forbids its studied dose.

  3. In this formula, in a person

Someone taking these capsules must see the effect. No test of the finished capsules was supplied.

On the evidence we hold, none of the three links is shown. That is not the same as showing the claim is false. It means the claim is unproven, which is where most blends in this category sit.

The evidence

What does the evidence say, ingredient by ingredient?

What was measured in people, in printed order
IngredientWhat the human record shows
Horny goat weedIn a 2019 dose-escalation study, blood levels of its marker compound stayed very low or undetectable from 100 mg all the way to 1,680 mg.
Tongkat aliThe strongest record here: a 2022 systematic review, plus a 2021 trial that ran 12 weeks in men aged 50 to 70 and reported a change in total testosterone.
Saw palmettoLowered prostate tissue DHT by 32% in one study. A 2006 trial found no symptom benefit over placebo and a 2023 review found little to none.
Nettle rootA six-month trial measured testosterone and found it unchanged. Its established use is urinary symptoms.
Wild yamThe common claim, that its diosgenin turns into hormones in the body, has no evidence behind it.
SarsaparillaMemorial Sloan Kettering says clinical studies have not been conducted.
Orchic substanceNo human trial. A consumer monograph reports too little reliable information, even on safety.
Boron chelateTwo small studies, in postmenopausal women and in men for a week, neither on muscle.

Read down that column. Not one row is a muscle study. Two rows point at hormones and in opposite directions: tongkat ali toward testosterone, saw palmetto toward lower DHT. So “Test Boost” on the panel is a hope, and the third ingredient sits against it.

Used for

What is SodaPeak used for, and what is it good for?

It is sold as a daily capsule for adults 18 and over, positioned as muscle and vitality support. The marketing leans toward men, but the label restricts only by age, not sex.

Beyond that, “good for” is a stretch. The seller’s own review summary says people usually wait 4 to 8 weeks and that the most common complaint is a slow start. It lists a daily habit and the money-back promise as the most liked things. Those are about routine, not results.

If someone tells you it is “good for” a health condition, that is a disease claim, and the label does not make one. For anything medical, see a doctor.

Worth it

Is a SodaPeak purchase worth your money?

Worth is personal, so we give you the questions rather than a yes or no.

  • Do you need to know your dose? If yes, this label cannot help you. Eight ingredients share one number.
  • Do you avoid animal products? The gelatin capsule and the orchic substance rule it out.
  • Do you take medicine that acts on 5-alpha reductase, or a diuretic? Ask a pharmacist first.
  • Can you test it on yourself fairly: one dose, fixed measures and a 12-week stop date?
  • Is the price and guarantee wording on the checkout page acceptable to you? We do not hold either.

If you can answer yes to the last two and no to the first three, trying it is a reasonable personal choice, as long as a doctor has no objection.

Next steps

What would change our answer?

  1. A trial of the finished capsules, with something measured in advance and a published result.
  2. The amount of each ingredient, so a ceiling becomes a number.
  3. A certificate of analysis that names your lot and reports each ingredient.
  4. Standardization for the extracts, so a milligram means something.

Any one of these would improve the answer. None was supplied.

Quick questions

Frequently asked questions

Does SodaPeak work?

We cannot say. The bottle claims only “Supports Healthy Muscle”, and no trial of the finished formula was supplied. The evidence is about single ingredients, often at doses this label may not supply.

Is SodaPeak effective?

Not shown. No ingredient on the panel has a muscle trial on this site. Tongkat ali has the strongest human record, with a 12-week trial in men aged 50 to 70.

What is SodaPeak used for?

It is sold as a daily muscle and vitality support capsule for adults. The only claim printed on the bottle is “Supports Healthy Muscle”. It is not a treatment for any disease.

Is SodaPeak worth it?

That depends on your needs and the checkout price, which we do not hold. The label hides the dose, the shell is animal-derived and the guarantee wording has no number. Ask a doctor first.

Is SodaPeak a premium formula?

The words premium formula and the standard of power are not part of the label text published on this site, so we cannot confirm or test them. The printed descriptor is Advanced Formula, which has no definition.

What do Reddit users say about whether SodaPeak works?

We were not given any Reddit thread, so we cannot sum one up. Anonymous posts cannot show an effect either, because there is no placebo group.

Our view

Our view

Our view: SodaPeak is a formula that has not been tested as a formula, with a name that points one way and an ingredient that points the other. That is not a verdict that it does nothing. It is a verdict that the claim is unproven.

If you want a real answer for yourself, run a fair test. Choose one dose, record two things you can count, change nothing else, and stop at a date you set in advance. At the end, trust your notes over your memory.

The label itself says SodaPeak is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and it has no FDA approval, as with all supplements. A symptom that is new or lasting belongs with a doctor first.
