The SodaPeak 60-Day Guarantee Question: Five Terms to Pin Down
A money-back promise sounds like safety. It only is, if it has numbers in it. Here is what we can and cannot tell you about the SodaPeak guarantee, and how to get the rest.
We cannot confirm a 60-day SodaPeak guarantee. The only wording supplied to this site is “as printed on the marketplace listing”, with no number of days. Read the term on the seller’s checkout page, and confirm five points: days, start date, opened bottles, return postage and address.
Key facts
- Guarantee wording supplied to this site, in full: “as printed on the marketplace listing”. No number of days.
- One seller-supplied review summary mentions a “60-day window” among things buyers liked. That is not the guarantee wording, so we do not treat 60 as confirmed.
- A bottle runs 30 days on two capsules a day and 60 days on one. The seller’s usual-wait figure is 4 to 8 weeks.
- Return postage: the buyer pays, per the seller’s answer, and the seller advises a tracked service.
- Returns address: 200 Park Avenue South, Floor 8, New York, NY 10003. The office address is a different building.
- A guarantee is about getting money back. It is not evidence that the product works.
Is the SodaPeak guarantee 60 days?
It may be. We cannot say. The brief states the guarantee in just six words, “as printed on the marketplace listing”. That is a pointer to a document, not a term.
A line in the seller’s review summary lists a “60-day window” among the things buyers liked. Those two pieces of wording do not match in kind. One is a chat-style summary and the other is the only wording given for the guarantee itself. Neither came with a start date or conditions. So we do not print 60 as fact.
What this means for you is simple. Treat “60 days” as a number to confirm, not one to assume. The checkout page is where it will be printed, and the order desk can read it to you.
What five terms make a guarantee checkable?
A promise becomes something you can act on when it answers five questions. Miss one and the seller keeps the discretion.
| Term | Why it matters | Write down |
|---|---|---|
| How many days | Without a number there is nothing to measure. | The figure, in the listing’s words |
| Counted from when | Payment, dispatch and delivery can be weeks apart. | Which of the three |
| Opened bottles | Trying the product is the whole point, and that means opening it. | Yes or no, quoted |
| Return postage | A prepaid label and a return you pay for are not the same deal. | Who pays, and if a label is sent |
| Return address | You cannot post anything without it. | The full address as given |
Two more are worth asking even though they sit outside the term itself. Is the original shipping charge refunded too? And how long does the credit take once the return arrives? On timing, the seller’s supplied answer is a credit within 3 to 5 business days of the return arriving, then 5 to 10 more days before a card shows it.
Does the clock run from payment or from delivery?
This one detail can take weeks off your window. Think of what happens after you click pay: the seller picks and packs, a carrier moves the parcel, and it may sit at a depot. None of that is time you held the bottle.
None of the dispatch times were supplied to us, so we cannot count them for you. What we can do is show how the numbers sit together:
- One bottle at two capsules a day lasts 30 days.
- At one capsule a day, the same bottle lasts 60 days.
- The seller’s usual wait before a change is 4 to 8 weeks, which is 28 to 56 days.
- The best-studied ingredient, tongkat ali, was trialled for 12 weeks, which is 84 days, at a dose this label does not disclose.
Now suppose a window really were 60 days from the day you pay. The days before the parcel reaches you come out of it. A person taking two capsules a day would finish a bottle in 30 days. A person taking one capsule would only just reach the end of the window with that single bottle. Neither would reach the 84-day mark. So the starting point matters as much as the number.
Ask for both facts together: how many days, and counted from what.
What about opened bottles and return postage?
- Opened bottles
- A guarantee that covers only unopened bottles protects you if you change your mind. It does not protect you if the product disappoints. Ask which one is on offer, and what has to come back: every bottle, empties included, or only the unopened ones.
- Return postage
- Someone pays to post the parcel back. The seller’s answer is that the buyer does, and that a tracked service is best. On a three or six bottle pack that cost is not small. Ask if a prepaid label is ever sent.
- The address
- Returns go to 200 Park Avenue South, Floor 8, New York, NY 10003. The office at 498 Seventh Avenue is for letters. A return sent to the wrong one takes longer to be credited.
Whoever pays, post it tracked, photograph the parcel and the label, and keep the receipt. A return you cannot prove arrived is the hardest kind to argue about.
Is the money-back seal on the pack a certification?
No. A money-back satisfaction seal appears in the seller’s marketing assets, next to nine other marks. It looks like them but it is a different kind of thing. A certification means an outside body checked something against a published standard. A money-back seal is a promise from the seller. There is no assessor behind it.
That is not a criticism. A seller’s own guarantee can be generous. The point is only that a row of round seals does not carry equal weight, and on this product the money-back seal is the one with no number attached.

What should you do before and after you pay?
Before
Phone the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time) and ask the five questions. Note who you spoke to.
At checkout
Screenshot the page with the price, shipping and terms showing.
When the parcel lands
Note the arrival date and copy the term as the listing words it. Put the end date in your diary.
If you want a refund
Phone before you post. Include your full name, email and order ID inside the box.
Where the checkout page and a phone answer disagree, go with the page. That is one more reason to screenshot it.
Frequently asked questions
Does SodaPeak have a 60-day money-back guarantee?
We cannot confirm it. The only guarantee wording supplied to this site is “as printed on the marketplace listing”, with no number. A 60-day window appears once in a seller review summary, but not as a stated term. Read the checkout page.
What does the SodaPeak guarantee cover?
Not stated in the wording we have. Ask the seller whether opened bottles qualify, who pays return postage and what has to come back.
How do I claim under the SodaPeak guarantee?
Per the seller, call the order desk with your order ID. Put your full name, email address and order ID in the parcel with the return.
When would the money come back?
The seller’s answer has two steps: a credit of 3 to 5 business days after the return is received, then 5 to 10 days for a card to show it. The guarantee window itself is a separate number.
Who pays return postage?
The buyer, per the seller’s answer. The seller recommends a tracked service.
Does a guarantee prove SodaPeak works?
No. It tells you how easy it should be to get your money back. Whether the formula does anything is a separate question, and no trial of the finished formula was supplied.

Our view
Our view: a guarantee with no number is a reason to check, not a reason to relax. It tells you the seller expects to handle returns. It does not give you something to plan around.
We would only buy once we had the number of days, the start point and the answer on opened bottles, all in writing. Taking a bottle at two capsules a day for 30 days, as the panel describes, leaves little room if the window begins on payment. Think about that before you choose a pack size.
A money-back promise does not turn a supplement into an approved product, because the FDA approves none of them before sale. Check with a doctor first if medicine or a condition is involved.
