Call +1 (302) 200-3480, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time, with your order ID. The website email cannot see orders. Write down the date, the name of the person and what they say.
For a return, the site says to send your full name, the email used for the order and the order ID on a sheet of paper inside the box. Returns go to 200 Park Avenue South, Floor 8, New York, NY 10003. A refund takes three to five business days after the seller receives the return, then five to ten days to show on a card.
